John Clark is a Partner in our Bozeman office. He grew up in southeastern Idaho where he graduated from Rigby High School. He attended Ricks College and Brigham Young University where he graduated with bachelors and masters degrees in accounting with an emphasis in information systems consulting.
In January of 1992, John started working with Rudd & Company and in December of 1998 John moved to Bozeman along with Robert Dabell and established the Bozeman office of Rudd & Company. In 2003 John became a Partner and is currently serving on Rudd & Company’s executive committee and is the partner incharge of the Bozeman office. John is currently a member of the American Institute of CPAs
John especially enjoys the association with the clients he works with. The majority of his time is spent in the tax and business advisory areas. John’s focus has helped his clients with complex business entity structuring that save taxes, protects assets, and provides a vehicle for estate planning.
John currently lives in Bozeman with his wife, Julie, and their five children and one foster daughter. John has served on boards many civic organizations. Most of his spare time is spent with his family.
