Weston joined Rudd & Company as a staff accountant in the Rexburg office in December 2006. Since that time, he has been involved in tax planning and preparation. Weston has also gained experience during his time at Rudd & Company in audits of agricultural companies, development companies, homeowners associations, local governmental units, non-profit organizations, pension plans and other businesses.
EDUCATION
Weston grew up on a large potato farm in Southeast Idaho where he learned the value of hard work and dedication. He graduated from Brigham Young University - Idaho in December of 2006 with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and a minor in Information Systems.
EXPERIENCE
Prior to accepting employment with Rudd & Company, Weston gained accounting and management experience as payroll manager for Crapo Trucking, Inc. He also work for Drollinger, Judd, and Associates in Vernal, Utah as an intern. His responsibilities there included financial statement compilations, quarterly payroll tax returns, individual and corporate tax preparation.
FAMILY
Weston and his wife Mandi have one daughter named Kallie Jo and live in Egin, Idaho. They are expecting their second child in August of 2007. There they enjoy horseback riding, camping, four wheeling, sports, and being outdoors.
