I joined Rudd and Company in May 1998, as a paraprofessional in the Driggs office. I enjoy accounting, making things balance. I am involved in data entry, reconciliations, payrolls, taxes, financial reports, and budgets.
I am native of Ramah, New Mexico, with six brothers and no sisters. (No I am not spoiled, but my brothers were all very protective.)
After graduating from high school, I worked for the US Army as a clerk typist in the motor pool, at a depot 65 miles away from home. (The only reason my parents let me work there was that I had an uncle, a neighbor and the Bishop to carpool with everyday.)
I attended Ricks College for two years, receiving an associate in Office Management.
The rest of my education has been "hands-on" for fifteen years at Grand Targhee in the Accounting department, working on audits with the Forest Service and an audit firm from Idaho Falls. Then went on to being a receptionist for American Realty West, in Driggs, and bookkeeping for several businesses before I join Rudd and Company.
I married a farmer/rancher from Driggs, Idaho; whom I met at Ricks College. I have four children, twelve grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. After my husband died in 1999, I continued to live on the ranch with my sons and their families. I love to be with my family, making quilts, being active in church humanitarian projects, and working with children.
