Julie Kostelecky 

Julie joined Rudd & Company in November 2010.  She came to Rudd with over 7 years of experience in individual and business taxation, valuation and litigation consulting, and managing governmental and non-profit audit engagements.  

Julie grew up in Sidney, a small town in eastern Montana, and came to Bozeman to attend Montana State University where she received her Bachelor's degree in Business and Minor in Psychology in 2002 and Masters of Public Accountancy in 2003.

Julie is a licensed CPA in Montana and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Montana Society of CPAs, where she serves as chair of the Membership Committee.  In 2008, she also received her certification through the National Association of CVAs to be a certified valuation analyst.  With this certification, she provides valuation services to small businesses for a variety of reasons including gift or estate taxes, litigation matters and sales and mergers.

Julie is active in the business community and gives several presentations a year through various organizations including MSU's Extended University.  Julie is an avid Montana State Bobcat fan and enjoys staying involved with the University through sharing her experiences with accounting students.

Julie and her husband Jason live outside of Belgrade with their dog, Sunni.   In their free time, they enjoy all the fun things to do around Bozeman including hiking, golfing, snowmobiling, and camping.
