
POSITION
Blayne is a partner in the Rexburg office of Rudd & Company. He has concentrated his efforts in the areas of income taxation, estate planning, and small business consulting, as well as overseeing the firm's tax deferred exchange activities in Rocky Mountain Accomodators, Inc.
EDUCATION
Blayne graduated from South Fremont High School and Ricks College. He was named the Outstanding Accounting Student for the Year by the faculty and was also honored as the Outstanding Alumnus of the college's accounting department. He received his bachelor's degree from Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho.
EXPERIENCE
Blayne has received extensive training in income and real estate taxation. He has worked with a diversified clientele from farmers and ranchers to over-the-road truckers to small businesses. He continues to be involved by helping various clients round up and transport cattle and is involved in the harvest of potatoes. This background and continued involvement gives Blayne firsthand experience with the accounting and taxation needs of the firm's clientele.
ORGANIZATIONS AND COMMUNITY
Blayne is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Idaho Society of CPAs. He has served as the chairman of the Rexburg Whoopee Days Celebration and has been involved in many service organizations. He has also served on the Madison Baseball Association as its treasurer. He is active in various sporting organizations in which his children participate.
FAMILY
Blayne lives in Rexburg with his wife Leslie. They have four sons, Hadley, Broc, Brayden, Ashton, and daughter McKenzie. They enjoy riding horses, water skiing and riding their Harley Davidson motorcycle, and all sporting activities including basketball, football, baseball and various winter activities from skiing to snowmobiling.
